An amazing flight deal along with phenomenal customer service, the services they go are above and beyond. They generally reply within an hour or immediately on Facebook which I had found to be very useful when I ran into trouble. I would recommend everyone gives this company a chance.
Worst customer service! The girl sitting there has the worst attitude ever! I would recommend going there only if you want to get insulted by their pathetic customer service. We were sitting in front of her, she was on call with some other customer and helping them instead! Whenever she would feel like she wants to talk to you about the type of flight you want, she will ask, otherwise you sit there waiting for her to finish with her phone customer. I feel pity for her as customer coming in contact with her services, won't be returning again.

Very rude staff. I spoke to get the details for a group and the lady didn't seem very interested in getting me any better rates than individual family. For me, if she had shown genuine interest, i would have taken the deal.
