I had a very good experience with Onkar Travel. The agent was very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to find me the best price and route for my flight and with my dates. And he was very fast as well . I would highly recommend them!
Terrible customer service. I inquired twice for airfare over the phone and was told I would get a call back but never did. I then went to their location to finally get it done. After I walked in, they had no understanding whatsoever of how to greet a customer. After I got nothing from them, I said hello and they just stared at my face. I was completely shocked and then asked them if they're were open or not. There's a lot more to talk about but the main point is they need some serious training on customer service.
