Please check out price for cancellation before booking they overcharge.....my mum had broken hand and we have gave them specialist letter and they charging $ 400 for cancellation......meanwhile we called British airways direct they told us maximum charge is $150.00
Booked my ticket on friday. Did not email.me any confirmation and or ticket info. My ticket wasnt ready even on saturday and they closed on sunday and i suppose to.fly out monday morng. And now i cant get a hold of anyone. No replies to.my emails either.
Great staff and service. Pricing is lowest in town as well.
