Not at all good customer service. I don't know why they have opened this business. I called them three times to get a quote for a flight. Every time they said they will call back with quote. But till now I never received any call. Not going to recommend to anyone. Poor service.
I was going to come to your location to buy a ticket today. But I read reviews before I go. Seems like you people don't know how to run a business, according to the reviews. Won't give you my business. Some people just don't understand how important it is to run a good business with great customer service, and what is the value of these reviews. Million other better places to choose from.
Really bad customer service. We were sitting in India with a health problem and they weren't being helpful at all on the phone. Kept telling us their busy and to call back even though our flight was hours away. They also said someone needs to xome to office to make any changes because they can't help people on the phones. We spent like 10k in tickets with these guys and they can't even give us the courtesy of helping a customer who's already paid the ticket and is in their travels. I would highly recommend you stay away. They don't know anything about customer service.
