I called them and arrange my ticket only 6hours before departure, when I went to airport flight was canceled; Lufthansa told me their flight is canceled for today. Airline gave me flight on next day morning at 2pm.i was upset because I need to be in India urgently so I called back the agency at 4:45 and they help me lot and guy spend time on phone with me till I depart on same day, he gave me ticket on British airways and Jet airways and coming back on Air Canada. Impressively there was no extra charge. I feel them very helpful and full of knowledge. Impressive I will love to go through them again
RIP off. Never refunded the money back to us. The airlines sent them money and they took monies out of our account beware

One of my friends recommended me this office. My uncle bought ticket from India and came to Saskatoon. We want to change their going back and fly from Vancouver. India office told us like 800$ per ticket but here we paid almost 300$ for both tickets, Surprise how these agents play with your money. I like them at least feel like they dont lie to you.
