I was there to book a ticket on February 19,2018. The opening time is 9oclock but no show off to open the store. If they cannot open on time they should need to change the opening time. I have an emergency. I wait till 9.20. But no one is there. They can check on the security cemras. It is 93 and Scott road location

Im was there to book a flight ticket on 10th of sep 2018. I did not like the customer service Bcz Im there to book a ticket.let it finish our conversation but she let attend other customer that baljit just make you sit front of her like idiot. She not finish one customer and start trying to finish second. Not happy with there service and not getting help to find your fight that you want to find.

Excellent service. Navjot not only calls you right back she is also very polite, caring and on top of things. She gets the job done. Kudos to the owner of Gill International Travel for creating such a customer oriented culture in his company.
