I picked up a pick up with no keyless entry fob and found that to be the only thing that I wasn't expecting to bother me but it did - because it just wasn't convenient any where i went and had to manually lock & unlock doors and tailgate. Something to do with everyone looses them and too expensive to replace... the final price was a great deal for the works...

This place is unbelievable. I made a reservation 3 weeks in advance, only to find out the day prior that the only truck available is in Chilliwack! Sorry, what?!? I made the reservation for Langley. The lady said there's a disclaimer on the website advising of this. Who cares! I booked the truck 3 weeks in advance. They have just lost a customer. There are many other options available.
Customer service is fantastic here. Never had a bad experience with the staff after having our belongings stored here for nearly a year. Only complaint is the serious rodent issue that seems to be currently happening, as every single item we had stored was covered in mouse droppings.
Got a confirmation for pickup at 7AM Aug 31st for a large truck (See Photo) on the online system, but when I called in to confirm two days before, the lady on the phone told me I had no reservation even though the call centre said I did!!!!!. She was aggressive, and SO freaking rude and clearly did not give a rats behind that people have to move, and they rely on the info the website provides. I see other customers have had issues with this woman, she is a disaster! As one can imagine, I was stressed out. I had to be out by 1PM on Aug 31st, and had no truck to move. Needless to say, I had to fork out additional funds to complete the move. U-haul is unreliable. Moving is tough, but U-haul makes it even harder with their false confirmations online. Their website is messed up, slow and provides invalid and inaccurate information and confirmations. Then to top it off with rude, condescending staff in-store..its a recipe for disaster. Don't go here, Home Depot has vehicles for rent, and their system is more organized and efficient. HOME DEPOT > NOT U-HAUL !
