Yes this is the nice place if somebody thinks of storing their stuff for lifetime or for a long period of time but the prices are but higher . I think it should be reduced atleast to the affordable prices. Otherwise the place is located at good spot and have good management team. Thank you
Clean and safe facilities at quite reasonable rates. The month to month is great and I feel like the terms of the deal are transparent. I was expecting more hidden fees and extra costs. Staff are very nice and helpful. I wish there were more trollies available per building (there's often only one in my building). Hours aren't bad but 24 hour access definitely has its appeal.
The staff were very accommodating and friendly. They helped us through the process and explained to us the every details clearly. The storage itself is very clean and secure, we will surely recommend it to our family and friends. Keep up the good job Storage for Your Life-Surrey!
Staff I dealt with was pretty awesome and did an excellent job in explaining how to use their storage facilities and was very pleasant to talk to. Definitely went over and above expectation. I hope I am not wrong, but I think her name is Cindy. This is a place I will recommend if you folks are in this area of Surrey.
My wife and I rented at the surrey location for a few years before moving across the border. The girls at the front desk graciously asked us to leave a review for them. The facility is by far the cleanest and well kept storage facility I have used. Even being short staffed most of the time the two girls do an amazing job. Cindy is a pleasure to speak with, always a smile on her face and ready to help. Shelley is extremely knowledgeable and efficient with her job. She made our storage experience extremely easy. I must salute her for handleing an extremely difficult customer in front of me with the utmost patience and understanding. Commendable work ethics and a very charming girl. Cindy was very helpful getting us extra dollies for our move out and recommending an amazing moving company for us to. The site manager Barbara however was not the most pleasant to deal with. She is quite rude and arrogant. All in all extremely well run facility and would recommend it to family and friends. Great access hours to units as well. Thank you to the girls for our experience.
