I went in today a bit grumpy and Ken helped me out. Within about a minute I had a smile back on my face. He went above and beyond to help us out, switched our storage locker and even ran back for us to put an extra lock on. He definitely turned my day around and I really appriciated it! Five star service for sure!!!
If it were not for these people, I would have been stranded on road with all my stuff. Had a reservation at a different U-haul agency which not only did not give me the truck to move but also had very rude and apathetic representative. Had to travel almost 30 kms to reach this place but it was worth it, these guys went more than the extra mile to compensate the bad treatment I got earlier.
I am a super irritated neighbour - our house backs onto the Sunnyside Storage lockers. Their security alarm goes off SO OFTEN it makes me think there are always security issues. It has currently been ringing for over 25 minutes. I would highly suggest avoiding storing your stuff here because it doesn't sound secure at all.
Sunnyside U-Haul still has the $19.95 per day, panal van truck rental, plus milage (per km) for an in town rental and a deal, if you don't require luxury wheels. Rented one a while back and confirmed today, the price is still $20. For me as a customer, I am only looking for fairness, because it wasn't an insurance claim rental. Thanks for the friendly conversation today .....
