Horrible customer service, seems like they dont care whether you rent from them or not. The girl at the reception was talking on the cellphone and didnt even bother hanging up to care for a customer, she was rude and arrogant. I have 3 storage units in the city for business use and was in need of a 4th unit close to that area, but I wouldnt even bother going back there even if its free with that kind of service.
Raising their rates by $25.00 a month. We have been there for years. Pissed off. Looking into other places. This place has lots of empty units. Huge turn over of staff all the time to. Something not right.
Convenient location and very secure. Only open until 8pm and closed holidays.
It might be in Surrey but the cheapest best secure storage hands down. The only down day is no 24 hr. Access but that is one of the attributes that keeps it safe.
We arrived at our locker today only to find it was semi flooded with water and dirt from the roof leaking. I don't even know what the damage is to our stuff yet. We went to reception immediately for help and she was extremely rude. She refused to help us with the water clean up and told us maintenance cant come for another 24 hours. we asked for management and she said she was the only managment . we asked for the owners contact and she told us no. She said the owners won't do anything to help nor will they offer us another locker thats dry and not water damaged to move our items too, Even though we currently paid up to date in full for our own locker. This is unnnaceptable. Ive never had such a horrible customer service experience. We were told if we don't like the status of our water soaked locker then take our stuff and leave.
