After find what seemed to be a great deal on hunting boots in their flyer I decide to stop in a get a pair. First good luck safely getting down the isles. The center of the isle is filled with large pallets stacked at least four feet tall and leaving a narrow strip of a path on either side to maneuver. Then once you've gotten that far you are greeted to the shelves randomly filled the boots seeming thrown about making finding what you've come for impossible to find. Then when you find a store associate to try and assist you are told sorry but nope no boots for you. After leaving I hopped on their website and according to it there should have been 9 pair in my requested size. So I will definitely be passing on this particular store in the future.
Don't waste your time. Five of the products I went to buy were out of stock. Even though it said on website they were in stock. Even the in store kiosk said the products were in stock. Waited 20 minutes for someone to come and help after buzzing for help. Had to go and track someone down myself. Employees were not knowledgeable or helpful. Worst store ever!
Very good service done on my car and good customer service for the two guys helping me out at the auto service department. However, one of their employees kinda scammed me with the whole triangle card program saying I can use it today when I tried they told me I needed to wait till it comes in the mail! Like what? He told me I can use it today and specifically asked 3x. Also, my BMW rim cap wasn't put back on my car on one of the tires and did not get a call back for 2 days then noticed last night it was missing. Almost had to order a new one which is pricey for such a little thing. Good thing their customer service in the auto department were awesome and my car was fixed very well.. or else it would've been 2 stars due to the one staff member and no one called me back for my BMW rim cap.
Terrible staff and terrible service. Why lock things up if you don't want to open it up to sell it? Still waiting now 15 minutes later. I even called the store twice and asked for someone to open it. Still standing here waiting...Once the guy said he was going to get something for me and never came back. I found him.He was talking to other employees and no intension of getting the item from the back. You guys suck.
Customer service is not good. Some associates don't know they have items in the stock. They straight say they don't have the product and they don't even sell that item even though we already asked about the item from different location. We have to go out and come back and ask another associate. He checked the item and it was in stock. If we haven't asked different person, we have to leave without any purchase. May be there could be problems of proper training to the customer service associates. Otherwise store is fine.
