Mike Eskimo and Alex Garibany arrived promptly and did an amazing job meeting our moving needs. They never stopped during a long day and were very focused on customer service. Under-quoted fees to win business, then up the charges when it comes time to pay. Quoted $300-500 for 15 boxes + furniture on a 1-bedroom+den based upon an estimated 1-2 hours to load/unload + 1 hour travel. Furniture was already taken apart and everything packed up ready to move. Movers even noted that things were moving quickly, but then it took an extra 2 hours for some reason, so I was charged $750!Contacted the company to ask someone to look into this and was told it would looked into and they'd reach out to me. Haven't heard a word from them since.UPDATE: They called and left me a message. I've since called them twice and left messages both times and they've gone silent again. Stay away from this company! Terrible service!
Had Wayne and Ryan move my and my fiances stuff to our new home on sept 22. Ive moved many friends over the years being that friend with a truck and I can tell you its not always easy. But these guys made it look easy, very good at what they do. No damage to any door frames, walls, furniture or any other items. Very friendly and had great attitudes on a snowy Saturday. Would absolutely recommend this crew for your next move. Great job guys and thank you again!!
