The owner has many years of experience and was able to tell us exactly what we needed for our move. It was really nice to talk to the owner who could provide packing, storage, cleaning services, the guys and the truck that we needed. We needed help with our Delta BC Move and TLL Moving and Storage was very helpful. We lived in Surrey Bc and we were looking for a Moving company that was able to get the job done last minute. So we had called around and we found that a lot of movers were not answering the phone or busy. At the end we ended up talking to TLL Moving and Storage and we were very happy. They were able to move us from our old place in Surrey to our new place in Delta fairly fast. We would recommend them to our friends and family. Or place was packed up June 20 by two people who can only be described as homeless they smelled horrible they were smoking but thats just the beginning my original quote was $4500 Canadian upon pick up of my shipment they change the dollar amount to US dollars not only that its now up to $9500 which I have paid they sold my shipment and contract to another company we still have nothing we have no correspondence with had no apology we have filed a complaint with the Civil Resolution Tribunal And are waiting forever response we are now seeking assistance legally. I have had many moves in my life Ive never had anything like this happen this is been the worst experience I cannot recommend more strong against this company TLL moving and Thomas PETEREITH. This has been what shouldve been an easy simple move and out has been the worst was stressful move we have ever read . August 20 and we have nothing.Update! I finally got our shipment! All furniture heaving damaged my sofa was completely ruined several pieces of fabric furniture damaged I was quoted my shipment was 4500 pounds the people who delivered said my shipment was not over 2000 pounds and could not believe how severely over charged I wise we are now seeking legal counsel cannot believe how weve been treated and how horribly damaged everything wise please if anybody would like pictures of all the damage or any further information I would be more than happy to share .. I cannot state firmly enough how horrible this move has been.
I needed a move to be done from Surrey to White Rock and hired TLL Moving and Storage. We had a very large move and so we got a 5 tone truck to make the move go faster. The men worked over time to get the job done fast and the owner also brought in some extra guys to make it all work for us since we needed to move fast. The guys had all the moving blankets and equipment to get the job done. The truck was really clean inside which was nice since our items in the truck were also kept clean.
