We moved from Surrey to Chilliwak on 11th of February and I am glad I hired Good Place Moving. Their staff is awesome .Very productive and quiet, punctual and organized . They finished even 1 hour earlier ( I asked them to pack my stuff,though). They were very carefully with loading and unloading;they've listened to all my instructions very quietly and patiently. In a word- great! I was pleased with the work they did and with the price Good Place Moving provided.
They are fantastic! They were punctual, organizer and very positive. I was so impressed by their work and effort towards making our move as easy as possible. Hopefully you'll get to meet Selena and Christian, they are subperb.
I would advise on using another moving company. Dealing with this company was not oleasanp at all. Only real good part were the actual movers who did the work so that's why they got at least 2 stars.I had to move out of my place on June 30th 2018 and had booked these guys bout 3-4 weeks before my moving date. I had paid my $50 deposit and set a time for 11am. I get a call from Ray asking for me to change the move out time so i did to 1pm for them cause they said they were losing money with a 11am move out time.The day before my move i get anothee call from Ray asking me to move the time out to 3pm again to "help" them out which again i agreed to do. I made it specifically clear i had to be out by 6pm on the 30th of June cause i had carpet cleaners coming in.The day of the move... 3:30pm comes along no truck so i called Ray which in turn said a truck will be there shortly. Waited and waited no calls or updates then I call Ray again who said a truck will be theee shortly. 5pm comes along and no calls or no updates at this point I've had it I was livid.Had to postpone the carpet cleaners who in turn came a lot later and they still did a bang up job so if you're reading this and need a good carpet cleaner please use Peter's steam carpet cleaning. Unlike this moving company they know how to treat their customer's.Anywho finally they ended up coming at around 7:30pm 4 and a half hours later but don't forget the times i had changes my moving times to help them out.I had to use them trust me i tried finding other movers last minute to avoid using these guys but i was stuck. No apology from the owner or anything.Dont waste your time with these guys. Like i said only reason why they got 2 stars instead of negative 5 is because the guys who did the move were good guys.But thats just my experience with this moving comany.
These Surrey movers are amazing. I in was a very touchy situation and I needed to move in a hurry. The initial company I reserved started giving me the runaround. I explained to Ray that I needed to be moved before my husband arrived. He immediately began making calls and within 10-20 minutes he called me back to let me know the movers were on their way. John, Tim, and Christian were personable, quick and professional. They made sure multiple times during the move that I was satisfied with everything. I would recommend them to all my friends.
These Surrey movers were great. They were committed to finishing as quickly as possible, while also taking tremendous care of my stuff. I have to give a shout out to Ben, Tim, and Christian for a job well done.
