Nothing but good things to say! At first I thought 100/hr rate was a lot , then I saw how efficient Short Notice Moving was and it made perfect sense. The two movers were happy and friendly, and the move was prompt and snappy. They dont knw how to deal with the customer, and the lady who picks up the phone for telling you the info about their services or availability she is also no good at all she is super rude while talking to us( customers)
I received mysterious unknown fee's that was unstated and added to hourly rateTried to get the extra fee removed but the lady on the phone replied with mumbling and said it was inevitable. The two movers were overwhelmed after 30min of moving stuff. For some of the stuff the movers were incapable of moving them or vanished. Private cellphones calls , from who knows who?, to the movers interfered with the work and used up the time length to finish the moving. Demanded a tip or they would stop.
