Non - Deligent treatment. Underperforming staff. Visited this clinic to meet Dr. Laila, Had a long wait for more than an hour in the reception and 30 min in the test room for the doctor to me checked for 5 min. Clinic called us in second time even before results of the prescribed results came in just leave us in panic until we met the doctor. We thought 3rd might me the charm but just the wait time worsens even after taking appointment. Don't bother about this clinic unless you wanted to be wasting your day at this clinic.
Absolutely terrible experience here both times I've come here. You make an appointment and wait over an hour past your appointment. What is the point of an appointment. Some people work for a living and don't have the time to sit and wait 2-3 hours to see a doctor hense why appointments are made. So unprofessional and continues to happen at this office and many others. Change the system because it clearly doesn't work!
I'm very happy overall with the level of service we received today for my son. Front desk girls are very friendly and helpful. Wait times not bad, its a walk in clinic what do you expect all medical clinics have waits. Its way better than the clinic next door. Very clean clinic.
So far so good. Cairng dr. Only issue is that not many drs around for walkins.
Welcome to inept, incompetent medical care, something which we cannot any longer afford in Canada. Welcome to privatized 'medical care'.This company obviously does not implement proper employee training & places no importance on their patients' medical care whatsoever. If they did, the inexcusable behavior that goes on here on the part of their staff wouldn't happen. Medical facilities, whether walk-in or otherwise, need to take patient care seriously. It's a matter of life & death in many situations.
