Dr. Parhar is an absolute gem to have as a doctor. She listens to what your concerns are and addresses them accordingly as well as if you have a suggestion to what you think might work for you she will take that into consideration too!Thomas dewar the RMT worked wonders on my body in just one visit. He addressed my problem areas and i felt better in a couple days. I only visited him the one time because my regular rmt doesnt work as much anymore but he is a great rmt for the newton area.I would have given this a 5 star reivew for Dr. Parhar and Thomas but the medical administration staff are terrible. Where do i begin...its hard to get a hold of the office to make an appointment whenever i call let alone get a response back via email if you inquire about an appointment...my second visit to the office around April/May i had given my clinical records (from my previous family doctor who had retired) to put on file at newgen. They told me they would give me call once they had scanned it in (assuming it would take a couple days, i gave them the benefit of the doubt just cause it was a new clinic) i called them about 2 months after they said they would give me a call after they had asked the person who does the scanning...fast track to mid-September i had gone to see the Dr. And after the appointment i again asked about my records being scanned they had the same excuse again i gave them the benefit of the doubt and just left. I had called this Monday to ask about my records and they had the same excuse and when i asked to speak to a manager/whoever is in charge they said that they were busy... and couldn't speak to me. I had asked the receptionist to have the person in charge to email me with regarding this (Didn't receive response)...not even an apology or a 'we'll get it done right away you can come pick it up tomorrow'; oh and the girl hung up on me with no goodbye/have a nice day....The next day i went in person to see what was going on. The receptionist couldn't even give me a straight answer to what was going on and didnt know where my records were placed until about 10 minutes later it was in the back off the office she then told me to wait another 2 minutes to have it scanned in I refused to wait again since I went out of my way to have it sorted out in person i left. Being a person who has been working in the same field of work for a couple years now the lack of customer care experience and organization is below industry standards from a patient/customer point of view. My opinion hire somone who has more experience/management experience to help address reception issues.
Dr.Parhar is one of the best family doctor in town. She gives enough time to listen to patients' complains.Thank you for seeing us.
Such a nice medical clinic to visit. Least wait times in Surrey, super helpful staff, quick references and best is our family doctor Dr. Navi Parhar. I have also heard good things about other doctors working here. Overall a pleasure to have this clinic near my home.
Recently established care with Dr. Chandraratne. Couldn't be more impressed with her. She is patient, nice, friendly, and very knowledgeable. She is highly recommended.
We were looking for a new gp for a family member who has complex medical issues. We explained his condition and that his specialists requires the gp do r(x) refills as they need require monthly follow up. The reception confirmed that yes, the new gp would be willing to do this and would take the case on. We booked, waited two weeks to see her, and she refused. Two weeks of valuable time wasted in which we could have found a professional doctor. The only plus at this place is the fantastic service the receptionist provided.
