I will give this place only two stars. Receptionist was very disrespectful and unprofessional but Dr. Martin Dian was quiet helpful and professional.
the receptionist is quite rude over the phone and in person. She made a mistake about my appointment time and doesnt even apologize for it. The only reason i go there is because of how nice and friendly Dr. Armstrong is.
I can share 2 experiences:1st one: receptionist staff not welcome at all. Even though I had an appointment I had to wait 30 minutes to see the doctor. Once I got to see the Dr everything went great. Dr Armstrong was awesome. She took time and care to diagnose me. Thank you!2nd one: Walk in visit. I got there 10 min before they opened. Receptionist told me the wait time was 1 hour even though there was no one at the waiting room. Long story short: I got to see the Dr phgora 2 hours later. Her first words were "what's wrong?" Not even a hello! Then, after less than 30 seconds she sent me to the front desk to pick up my prescription. Unbelievable!
I have a pleasant experience every time I come here. I feel like the doctors truly care and put in extra effort.
Wow, ok, of all the walk-in clinics, family doctors, private clinics, etc that I've been in across Vancouver area, then 18 years in Ontario, now in Surrey, this clinic, and their pharmacy as well - ABSOLUTE BEST PEOPLE all around! The doctor especially impressed me with his professionalism, he listened to every word I was saying, this doesn't happen, ever, compassion, and you can tell he's educated. Then the pharmacy - many professionals working at once, this isn't some average place -they work in harmony, I've never had a pharmacy expecting me to pick up my medication, and it takes a while to prepare. In Ontario I had to wait, never less than 30-45 min, in a private pharmacy! I'm a new patient, and no way would I want to change to another pharmacy, as long as I'm in the area. I know I sound so thrilled it's almost too good, but man believe what you wish, I took my time walking home to review them just after visiting, because I am so grateful! Medication is a serious thing, and this place sets new level of standard, from my experiences.Thank You guys!
