I've been a long time customer for years. Spent thousands of dollars on my pets here . My pet Chinese water dragon was 17 years old got very sick, all's I wanted was for them to euthanize him. We told them he was suffering greatly they said no they don't do that can't help you. We phoned a vet that we never had any ties to he said bring him in and we will take care of it. A pet is a pet and if they cared enough about people and they're pets south surrey vets should have responded to the needs of our suffering pet. I will no longer be a client and will tell anyone I know not to go there. Shame on you.
Today we had to make one of the most difficult decisions to put our boy Louie down. I wanted to say that the staff and veterinarians Dr. K and Dr. J were top notch in caring for our pooch. Dr. K's compassion with my husband and I was extremely comforting, reassuring and kind. We will always remember the excellent care your team has provided to Louie over the years.
Terrible service and rude staff. Showed up a few minutes early and was told I was too early for my appointment, I guess they don't like their waiting room to be used? Vet was rushing out the door as I was trying to talk, definitely not a place you would want to spend money. I recommend taking your pets somewhere else, all these people want is to book another appointment with you. They aren't there to help.
Dr. K has been the best Vet I have ever had. She puts me at ease with her knowledge and thorough explanations. She will test your animals properly, without excess. She really cares for pets. I lost my cat due to poor care from North Bluff Animal Hospital and I was immediately treated with kindness and respect here. She understands why Im so concerned about my remaining pets. The receptionists can seem either overwhelmed or not always so chatty, but theyre not rude or anything. They do their best to fit me in as soon as possible and I really appreciate that. Parking is ample. Yes the vet exam fee is higher than normal, but the follow up phone calls and low prescription costs balance it out. You truly get what you pay for.
Some of the nicest and most caring staff of any business I have dealt with. Super personable and friendly staff. My dog is not comfortable with the vet but the doctor took things slow and made sure he was comfortable and provided excellent care. 5 stars here and if you live in South Surrey and want a good reliable vet, this is your place. Thanks again!
