Had to put down my beloved bunny Mocha, 8 1/2 years old, they treated her and us with the utmost respect and dignity. I'm grateful.

Love the staff here. Always friendly and welcoming. The vets are great at handling pets as well, you can tell they love animals as much as us pet owners do. Their checkup exams are a little pricier than other hospitals but they take great care of your pets. They also handle pet insurance well, sending out the claim for you instead of you having to take a picture of the receipt.. etc. Can get busy at times so its usually better to try and make an appointment.

Horrible. The girl on the phone was so rude! My 17 yr old cat (that I have had since a kitten) broke his upper canine falling off the air conditioner he refuses to stay off of. I called asking if they would be open on the holiday or if they possibly had time today to do an extraction. She replys flatly with a rude tone, "absolutely not" then gives me some fooey about how they need a dentist, the vet and a tech to do an extraction and it would be 3 weeks until they could do it!?!?! I hung up. I could also hear the dollar signs. Are you kidding me? I have never heard of this in my life and the emergency clinics are out here to rob your wallet. $1000 for one tooth with a clean break is insane and should be illegal to charge. My vet is open tuesday and can do it no problem for me I just wanted the suffering to end for my cat sooner as I feel terrible. Shame on you and the way you guys do business. I have had a few pets in my time and lived on a farm for half my life never has anyone ever told me they would consider leaving anything that made an animal uncomfortable for 3 weeks let alone a few days. What if it gets infected? He is old as is.Disgusted. What is wrong with all the vets and their staff in this city?Oh and btw your response to another review shows your companys true colours. A persons pet died and they were unhappy with your service and on their review you had the audacity to make threats toward the poster that their opiniom of your service is defamitory. Not much was said and freedom of speach is a Canadian right. They didnt even say anything so bad and you jump to legalities. Insane.

Excellent Veterinarian, highly recommend. I moved to a different city, and still travel to this vet. Cindy is very kind and caring towards my dog. She helps make a trip to the vet fun for him instead of scary. Thank you for being such a great help!

We took our 16 year lab x in to say goodbye. A friend referred Fraser Heights, because we had a VERY bad experience with another veterinary clinic. Dr. Wu was so compassionate and loving during the extremely sad time...hardest thing we have ever done, but so glad we chose the right place. The staff was so understanding. Our other two dogs will now be patients at Fraser Heights.Thank you,Stacey and John Russell & family
