(Not real name) These guys do a really amazing job on taking care of animals. They've helped my dog a lot. The only thing is that they over charge and something that would have costed $200 they charged me $800 on things that they didn't have to do. That was the disappointing part. But now I know what to say no to. They put you on a payment plan when the bill is too much for you to pay which is nice. Just wish they were a bit more honest on what I actually needed to get done on my pet and what i didn't need.
The vets here are extremely knowledgeable and handle Roxy and Cassie with such exceptional care and patience. They treat them like their own fur babies. Going to the vet can be such a stressful event but I come here feeling confident in knowing theyll get the best care.
Brought my dog in today for routine check up and rabies vaccine because it was rated google highly and close to my house. Welcomed by what I presumed as a new doctor vet by her age, she asked for a ear cytology exam and said yeast infection which in I presumed as part of standard examination ( my fault for not seeking clearification ) Bought forth final bill to $497.20, had such negative visceral gut reaction to seek financial gain as primary focus by this animal clinic. Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame me!
I lost my baby at the end of January. They squeezed us in after I called in the morning because her cancer had caught up to her. Even though they had a packed schedule they let us sit in the room with her for as long as we wanted. They were great. It was the worst moment of my life and they handled everything with great compassion. They mailed out a sympathy card with a stamp of her paw print which was unexpected but more than welcome. She was my best friend and I know she was in great hands.
I can not express just how amazing these guys are. I have had pets my whole life and have never had such good vets and receptionists I am a lifer here now. My pets are my family so to say I'm picky about who I see is an understatement. If you love your pets like I do you will take them here. Simply wonderful kind professional amazing people. And I don't say that lightly because I'm more of an animal person lol.
