Was scheduled to have tile roof replaced in October, received a call from Simar that they had a slot open up in September. They got a 5 day job done in just 4 days. All the garbage went the the bin, and it was picked up when promised. These guys do a professional and clean job. They give attention to detail, and take no short cuts. They took care of some extra things, and kept to the quoted price. If you want a job done right the first time, call these guys. No issues recommending these guys.
