Had our roof done last year and we have had nothing but problems with it leaking. These guys left the site messy where fighting on the job site and where swearing all the time.Worst company ever. And the owner is rude to my wife called here a fat cow when she complained about the leaks in the roof.Had to have an other roofing company repair the damages and leaks.Never recommend this company never again.
This company has such high morals and values. They are charismatic caring and considerate. I would recommend these guys to anyone! Keep up the amazing work!
called and had Arnold & Sons come out to look at our roof & gutters & gable boards last year and received a quote. We called to say we wanted to go ahead with quote and were told they were busy but would call when available to do the work. Nothing from them for several months so we called back and were told the same thing - very busy but would let us know when they could do the work. 8 months since original quote, I called office and explained situation. Employee apologized, saying she had no idea what had happened but that someone would call us back ASAP. That was 3 weeks ago, no call. Business must be that good that they don't need the work.
My experience is similar to the other reviewers. You get a quote, and if you tell them to go ahead, they never get back to you. They ignored several emails and when you call, they tell you it's busy and they'll call when they're ready to do your roof. If you have a roof that needs to be replaced due to a leak, you better use someone else.
Very professional service, 100% would recommend this company for roof. They even used roofing nails instead of just using staples, quality gives you the best outcome overall.
