My name is Hans von Loessl; DC Roofing installed a new Cedar roof on my parents 3300 square foot Tudor home in Surrey, in 2004. The roof looked absolutely beautiful, was installed on time, on budget, by a professional crew of very hard working roofers. It helped a lot to sell the house in 2006, when my mother downsized, and sold her house. I recently drove by our old beautiful home, and the roof still looks great to this day. As for me right around the same time they replaced my parents roof, I had Dale (the owner) check the condition of the roof on my house, and he told me I can wait a couple of years, and that he would re-check it then. In 2008 DC Roofing installed a new Cedar roof on mine and my wifes house, again on time, and on budget. I really like the fact that all of their crew was properly insured through Work Safe Canada. We never had any complaints or issues or warranty claims with their materials or workmanship. We have for years recommended this company to friends, family, and customers of our own business, with very positive feedback. They are a family owned company, who treat their staff with the utmost respect. Dale, his son Chris, and their staff are hardworking people, with really good work ethics.
Worked on a neighboring property - nice guys and have a professional, good working vibe. Important when choosing contractors in my opinion. I'd recommend them for a roofing shortlist in the GVA.
