Good, spacious facility with a decent variety of exercise equipment. The ladies that work there are nice. It feels comfortable to be in a women's only environment. Only downside is the lockers sometimes smell and they only spray perfume there once in a while
Just started going here last week but so far has been fantastic. Friendly staff, and the classes are great. Always room at each station & machine.
Good gym, especially if you want ladies only. They have tons of cardio equipment but Barbells only go up to 60lbs and dumbbells to 45lbs! If you want to lift heavy probably not your fit.
Nice to see some upgrades/renos..although they missed the washroom during the reno... the cardio equipment is really sad. The treadmills need an upgrade...besides that..its okay. A bigger facility with more machines and options would be nice...
