avoid this place at all cost ! They were being dishonest and threatning when selling you the membership and they continue to charge you even your signed membership ends. I send several emails within a week asking to stop charging on expired membership and they only replied couldnt find information and ignored. I have never seen service this bad anywhere in Canada. Also the gym sucks it feels like a slum and you could get stabbed any time.

I was one of the first to join this gym when it opened at central city and I love this gym. I love the location (at the sky train and in a mall and close to where I work) and that there is a separate part for women. I freely use both the womens only area and the main gym. The membership fee is truly affordable and the staff are all friendly and helpful. I am currently training with Kan Trevedi and without him I would have an idea of what to do but what I would do would not give me the most benefit. Kan listens closely to hear what my goals are and what my concerns are. For the first time ever I had a skating injury and Kan modified my program recognizing the injury and he gives me exercises and stretches that help which means I didnt stop for very long knowing very well if I had to stop for much longer it would be that much more difficult to get back. Hes interested in what my physiotherapist has to say and makes his modifications accordingly. Kan is responsive to my feedback and he explains things very well to ensure I am using proper form. He provides a healthy amount of positive feedback which is awesome. Im having a lot of fun working out with him which encourages me to keep at it.

Decent gym and good staff but I'm getting tired of so much of the equipment being out of order and taking literally months to repair. If you actually have a job during the day its ridiculously busy after 5pm so good luck with that. Think I'll be finding another gym pretty soon here

What a horror story.Went in to sign up for the 15 a month plan.Rep walked me through the plan, and then surprised me with a 50 dollar sign up fee, plus a 20 fee for dog tags to scan in. (Those tags cost less than a dollar to create). I was then informed that in a month I would be charged 40 bucks for an annual upgrade fee. (Those upgrades later went to the female gym that I had zero access to, awesome.)The gym, was a crowded mess.Bottom line, you waited in line for nearly everything at this location. It was busy around the clock. The place was also disgusting. Protein powder all over the floor, weights everywhere, machines covered in sweat. The washrooms were horrendous and constantly smelled of stale piss, and the employees couldn't care less (unless you were signing up for training)After two months I had enough. I was actively avoiding the gym because it was so terrible.I asked in person to cancel my account, twice. Still, it wasn't cancelled. I emailed in to cancel my account. Still, it wasn't cancelled. So I went into my account and changed my payment information. Somehow that got their attention. They immediately charged me with fifty dollars in return payment fines, and another two months of service. I emailed in that I had tried to cancel my account, and the customer service rep literally refused to respond. My account was sent to collections in under a month, and now I'm getting harassed daily. That's what you have to look forward to if you join this gym. You might as well piss all over your bedroom, and work out there. You will have roughly the same experience but at least you won't have a collections agency after you.

Came in for drop in/trial. New area behind shes fit is great. Poor selection of cable machines. The one cable tree is always taken. Broken weights that clearly could hurt someone not removed from floor. (80lb bar bell side fell off while doing curl). clean equipment and layout is great. Locker room lockers are next to balsa wood level security. Half the lock holders are broken or filed down? Crowding is an issue but usually will be at this price.
