Very helpful staff. Had a very good buying experience.
I was in the store for some back to school shopping and all was fine until, I witnessed something completely unacceptable. The staff came along and slammed a box of shoes next to a young girl(maybe 12 years old), it was quite hard and seemed to scare the you g girl, and maybe even hurt her leg slightly. When I looked around for her parents because the girl appeared scared by this action, I saw a women having a discussion with another staff member, I asked is that your parent and she replied yes. I approached to get her mother but when nearbye I heard the staff member aggressively telling off the customer. I wasnt sure what that was about, and quite frankly not interested but witnessing a young child subjected to abuse by a staff member is complete unacceptable. I left refusing to give the store my business and will follow up with Vans to let them know of the vulgar treatment of staff to a child!!!!
Very helpful and friendly staff. Were able to work very well under pressure and got me in and out of store in less than 10 mins. Also we're really helpful in choosing accessories
Did some shopping here and the sales staff were pretty awesome.
Friendly staff. They let me browse without intruding, and when I finally needed some help, they were quick. I've never shopped for shoes in such a short time. The store is well laid out and easy to navigate as well. Vans is a brand name without brand-name price.
