Liked the collection. Though not a huge one.
Rating on Sales staff and Shoe Promotions. The staff is not in-the-know about anything to do with the shoe store Browns itself. There are no "managers"; all the staff recite a rehearsed script, practiced by every employee and repeated verbatim. In-store Promotions are almost non-existent. Don't bother signing up to the newsletter, no VIP treatment there. They don't care to garner loyalty. #BrownsShoes #Browns #shoes
I've been shopping here for a long time. The staff is friendly and the service is great.
by far the worst experience I had at any stores.Today, I asked for a pair of 8.5 UGG boots, the sales person who brought me the boots didn't look at me, say hello or anything, just handed me the boots. They were too small so I asked her if she could bring me a pair of 9. She told me "UGG boots are tight at first" in a way that made me feel stupid. I told her that I could barely squeeze my foot in there and she just said "ok" and not even looking at me, started pack the boots back in such a rough way that all the paper balls that were in the boots were rolling all over the place, on the floor. I didn't feel she's interested in my business at all so I told her not to bother and ended up buying the same boots at town shoes across Browns.
