Once again the Good Guys deliver great service. Allan and Neil both came out today to do a furnace and gas fireplace service and they did an excellent job. I was extremely pleased with how thorough a job they did with not only servicing the appliances but in how they communicated what they were doing and why. Rarely have I experienced appliance service personnel as willing to educate the consumer about the ins and outs of furnace and fireplace maintenance. Extremely satisfied with how friendly and professional they are.
In 2016 the Good guys installed a 5 head Mitsubishi air conditioner system in our home. We just had the second serving and I am very impressed. The Installation people were very professional. The service people were well trained and did a good job. The system does a great job of controlling the temperature in our home which is 4 levels. It has been operating for two years and we have never had an issue. I would recommend both the Mitsubishi and Good guys.
We have used Good Guys for both plumbing and heating services and they have been outstanding for both! We also bought a Lennox furnace from them at our last home. Today I had my gas fireplace serviced by a tech from Good Guys, and he was extremely competent and helpful in educating me on the unit, since the previous owner left me without any instructions. Good Guys hire not only competent techs, but also polite, efficient and very helpful ones. This place is a Godsend, after some experiences I have had with other heating companies.
Neil from Good Guys plumbing came to fix a leak on our toilet water supply line and was very courteous, thorough and knowledgeable. He put in a new line and we thought it didnt leak anymore but a few minutes after he left it started to leak again so I called their main office and the receptionist there was very helpful and called him back within a few minutes. He found that the part was defective and reinstalled a new line for us and the toilet didnt leak anymore. Overall we are happy with the whole service from making the appointment to getting our toilet fixed. Very good customer care.
Have had a service relationship with this outfit for more than 20 years. They have maintained and serviced our heating system at the two homes we lived in during those 20 years. The technicians have always been very patient with me as I usually watch over them as they do their work - not because I'm checking up on them, but because I want to understand how the system works and what to watch out for. They have always explained things well and have been very straight forward with what needs to be done. Their work is neat and efficient and they have always been very respectful while in my home. We belong to their 'club' where we pay a small monthly fee that we apply to an annual servicing of our heating system. Most years this covers the cost of the annual maintenance, but if any further servicing is required we are entitled to 'club' discount pricing. Peace of mind also comes with being a club member, as we receive priority servicing if we require it.Lowest prices around? Don't know, don't care. What matters to me is having superior service by knowledgeable technicians who respect the fact that I am a proud home owner who wants to maintain the value and comfort of my home.Should I say it? Yea, these are the 'Good Guys'.
