The guy was totally unprofessional on the phone. He was so rude I had to hang up on him. Not someone I would do business with.
I knew that we were going to need to replace our boiler so I went out and contacted a number contractors for quotes. I also like to speak to them to get a sense of their professionalism - you can learn a lot about a person by how they communicate and represent their company. James was the only person who came prepared with options and a baseline quote. He finalized the quote after reviewing our needs and sat down at our table explained the various options for boilers. He was the only one to take the time to do this. Most of the others spent a very short amoutn of time looking at our system and sent a very brief quote with very little detail.After reviewing the various quotes, I decided to move forward with James (Accolade Heating and Plumbing). We scheduled a time for James to come in and start the work. He completed the work in a timely manner. I noticed that the system was running a little cooler than our comfort level so he came by and changed the setpoints to our comfort level. One of the other key positives was a genuine sense of caring. He absolutely wanted to make sure that we were happy with the installation and operation of the new system.I would highly recommend James Drager (Accolade Plumbing and Heating) to anyone looking to have their boiler and heating system serviced or upgraded.
