The front staff was very nice and helpful in booking me an appointment with Calvin Wong. Calvin is the best physiotherapist I've seen, he's very knowledgeable and helpful in fixing my lower back problems. Overall, great service from everyone working there!
Pretty wonderful humans from the front desk staff to the physios! I've had back problems for the last 3.5 years and have seen plenty of physios in the past. Eric and Rachel(The physios I've seen) are knowledgeable, caring and attentive which has resulted in the best physio experience I've had to date, and I've been to a lot!
I highly recommend Cathy Rogers because she is an incredible physiotherapist! I have been seeing her for many years and she keeps her education and knowledge base up to date while also being a teacher for other physios. You can tell she is super passionate about her work and deeply cares about helping clients be their most functional and empowered selves. She is very talented, intelligent and highly skilled while also being a compassionate and kind hearted person. She is clear and concise in how she educates patients and also very thorough in her treatment plans. I used to faint from any kind of procedure involving needles but I LOVE when she uses the fascial needling technique because it is very relieving and therapeutic for pain. I trust her so much. After being a regular client for several years I can honestly say she is a phenomenal physiotherapist and you need not look anywhere else for the highest standard of care! The facility here is also very clean and the receptionists are lovely as well. There is lots of parking.
The physios and staff at Diane Lee's clinic are amazing. Always ready to help, service with a smile, and really make you feel comfortable at all times. A beautiful space and I highly recommended it for its top quality care!
I highly recommend coming here for physiotherapy. Each session I had was very positive and rewarding. My injury was a huge source of stress and pain, and crippled a large part of my life. Having a place to go with compassionate staff, a lovely facility, and easy booking system was part of my great experience. The other part was working with Leigh. Leigh made sure I was always comfortable with sessions, and was very attentive, positive, and knowledgeable. She also gave me resources to continue improving at home on my own time. All of my progress is thanks to Leigh and her support. I have been to a number of physiotherapists in the last few years for various injuries, and I would recommend Diane Lee & Associates to everyone.
