If you have a worksafe claim involving concussions go anywhere else this program is here to push people through don't be fooled by promise of doctors and assessments because they won't listen to anyone but worksafe and if your faking it or not they will assume so don't waste your money and more importantly your time the lack of knowledge on concussions is a joke .....
The office is ok, very busy
Too many patients not enough staff. They dont work with you one on one.. they will give you some things to do and then leave you to fend for yourself. They do not give the proper attention to each patient. Disappointing to say the least! And in the 6 weeks I've been here I've only had hands on treatment 4 times!! Waste of time.*EDIT*In response to owner, let me re-phrase. In my 6 weeks there I only was only seen by the physiotherapist 4 times. Not what I would expect considering I had ongoing back pain the whole time there, that seemed to get a bit of a response from the treatment I received from the physiotherapist. And when I was there for my appointment this morning I was told I would not be able to receive ANY treatment, but they could "show me a couple things". And then what? Leave me unsupervised like every other time to try and do the exercises correctly without a watchful eye? No thanks.
I had a therapist named castear, he never did what he said he would do. I was to see him 1 a week for an HR. In 6 weeks I saw him twice, once for 15 min and once for 10 minutes. Very poor therapist, all talk no action
