Had a young girl staff member go over and above, letting our kids touch , pet and ask tons of questions from everything from rats to snakes! My kids felt so special and I appreciate the time she spent making the trip here memorable! Definitely will be back!!
Friendly staff with lots of inventory. They were the only ones around with the snails I was looking for! It's nice to find a local store amid all the corporate giants. This place has a lot to offer.
Clean, great displays. Supreme care for there fishes and they maintain the tanks really well. Probably the best Ive seen amongst private shops. Service quality is amazing. These girls know what they are doing and they care. Consistent service from all the girls. Kim and Candace are always the ones Ive been helped by and they rock. No pressure and they are experts with their stuff. You wanna know what youre buying and do it with a no pressure Happy service, then you shop here. Keep it up management and everyone who works there!!!
they have changed the landscape of the reptiles and fish for the better. our wallets are glued to this place now. in all honesty we stopped coming here a few years back because the inventory of rep/fish was all common cheaper generic stuff. they weren't changing anything. we didn't know what they were doing to be perfectly honest like they didn't care. we started going to other places that actually had good inventory. so we gave roger's another visit. we are here to tell you that roger's rocks now and we love it. what a face lift! check it out.
Im a new pet owner and I know nothing about how to care for a bearded dragon but the staff here know what theyre doing and helped me A LOT on what to get and what to feed them, etc. the prices are also good.
