We have been shopping here for the past two years and the experience has been largely great. The manager is very focused on making sure that the staff is attentive to customers and while you may have to wait a little bit for someone to come to the till from time to time, it is never an unreasonable amount of time and always because the staff is involved in some task around the store (stocking or caring for the in store pets).I do recommend making yourself aware of some of the food specials. We consistently buy the NOW brand dog food and they track the purchase of this. After we buy 10 bags the 11th is free. Always great (and a surprise) when that happens, though we usually end up spending the equivalent savings on treats for the pup.
Has everything you need. Acana, orjen and every cat toy imaginable. I appreciate that they have rescue kittens there for adoption. I wish they didnt sell pets, I wish nobody did... but it is a good store fully stocked. A bit pricey
Great customer service. Very knowlegable staff. I just bought a new puppy, and came in with lots of questions regarding food and chewy things for my new puppy. Just wish they had more sales on their toys. They should also offer a better loyalty membership. I use my card everytime I go in but not even sure what it's for.... I've never recieved anything. I've never had it explained to me what it is all about.
We adopted a hamster from this location and have had a wonderful experience as first-time hamster owners. Bamboo is now 2 years old, has a wonderful temperament and has been very social and healthy right from the beginning. It has exceeded all of our expectations. The assistance and advice we have received from the pet store has been excellent. Thank you!
Lukas heading the reptile department is an awesome asset in the store, he truly seems to care about the animals and has a wealth of knowledge that he is willing to share. Always a great experience.
