My fianc got me a Pandora bracelet from the Pandora store and I got one for my mom from Rochells because it was closer to me and they say it's authentic from Pandora...however mom's bracelet colour turned black over just a couple of months while mine didn't. I got hers cleaned or polished or whatever the word is and it turned black again not too long later...mine still never did. Clearly, the ones sold at Rochells are not the same as the ones from the Pandora store. If I hadn't thrown the receipt out thinking I didn't need it I would have gone back and demanded a refund.
I went here July 26th they gave me 40% off a ring for my wifes 27th Wedding Anniversary. Found what I wanted and $250.00 less then their competitor next door that offered 40% off also. I got what I wanted for a good price. Staff were friendly and enjoyed the chat also. Thanks! Phil with the wife from Winnipeg!

Boyfriend bought me a lovely necklace on sale for a very good price but the chain broke when I took it home. Definitely should NOT have happened for the price. The lady didnt actually end up apologizing either.. The piece was beautiful but we ended up exchanging it for a different item all together.I ended up with a very dainty diamond surrounded ring for around the same price and Im very happy with it! No problems so far! Good sales in this jewelry store allow you to get really nice pieces at a discounted price :) I probably wont go back due to the inconvenience but Im very happy with my new ring :)
