Great place. The staff here are so friendly and helpful and nice. Always nice to shop here. And one staff remembered me and asked about my daughter as I buy for her.
I visited Pandora during save upto 40% weekend. And I was lucky enough to get 40% since I purchased 3 items in total. Yeah, the deal was like; when you purchase 3 or more items 40% off, 2 items 30% off and item 20% off on selected collection!. The staffs have good knowledge and was friendly & pleasing ! I loved the bright atmosphere inside, I must say the lighting inside is great. It was overall a good experience and the place was easy to locate as well
Worst customer service ever!! Usually i never do reviews but this experience made me do it. Though the staff was helpful and cooperative. The manager seriously needs to learn how to deal with the customers and learn some humanity. I wasted like 2 hours over there.. and all i get to hear at the end was that sorry we cant help you now were closing.. even though the staff was ready to help me. Pathetic experience!
Haven't had a good experience shopping at Pandora anymore - in any branch! The staff, at any branch, used to be very helpful and would listen and make great suggestions to help you find what you're looking for, or what to get for that special person you're shopping for. In the past couple of years I've seen a decline in the quality of customer service provided. Pandora used to be my go-to store when shopping for special occasions. Now I have to think twice about even just going in to browse let alone shop. Too bad as I really enjoyed shopping at Pandora - hope it goes back to the way it used to be when customer experience seems to be the highest priority for the stores.
Went in today to pick up a black leather bracelet in a size large because they have been sold out for a while and I asked if they were in stock and the lady said yes but in order to help me I had to wait cause their was another lady ahead of me, which is totally understandable. But as me and this lady were waiting to be served three of their staff members were just aimlessly wondering around, and the girl who had originally said I had to wait was just standing behind the counter looking into space. I said can you please just help me grab the bracelet so I can cash out? She responded nope Im the manager and thats the sales associate job, I am just controlling the floor. So I stood their for 20 minutes as she just watched me stand their and wait and the other lady until another staff member who was done helping others cause help us. I understand its sort of like a consultation type thing and it takes time but I came in, knew exactly what I wanted, she said yes we have that, and made me wait. Horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE customer service! That has got to be the worst manager I have ever came across. Glad shes not mine! I feel bad for the rest of the staff
