Hot spot for weirdos and homeless people, especially when they hangout at Walmart or near SFU campus
Its sort of shady looking but theres a skytrain
There are too many people just hanging out around the station but not a bad place over all. Very busy place with lots of shops near by, an ice rink a mall and even a university with in a 5 minute walk. Awesome
It's future downtown if Surrey. Lots of high rise building (hotels & other commercial and residential) coming soon. SFU campus, City hall and Public library is here. Bus loop and Sky train station is here too.
Based on my personal experience that is my opinion: Range 0 - 10 Service or Product: 4 Customer service: 4 Environment: 3 Cleaning: 2 Washroom: N/A Cost: 4 Accept Bitcoins: No Not clean. Not safe. Always busy. Buses late. There is no covered area enouth. The escalators are always under repair.
