I feel I have to give this a 1 star review. I went here not too long ago, and the trains are always stopped at the station for like at least 3 minutes. Even when there are no delays. We need to get moving, and not be stopped at the terminus station for more than 1 minute and 30 seconds. Also there are always homeless beggars and drug addicts at the station. Please be careful at this train station.

Needs serious...Traffic control. And more available trains. Expect to be late.
I find it very difficult to find where the buses are. I wish there could be a map on the wall, perhaps on all the signs telling me how easy it is to use transit, that is a map of the actual station labeling staircases, elevators, bus bays, platforms, etc.
