I first went to Michauds 10 years ago, it was the best haircut I have ever had, and 10 years later it still is. Sam is gifted hairstylist and exceptional colour specialist. She says she owes that to Michauds as they continue to give them the opportunity to learn and grow. All of the staff love working there and it shows. I have also used the spa services and get the same great, caring service as I do at the Salon. I would never go anywhere else.
I moved to BC from Alberta in January and have tried different salons with disappointing results. I found Michaud salon and was given an appointment with Shauna. Shauna was amazing she listened to what I wanted and delivered not only what I wanted but even better. I am so thrilled to have found such an amazing stylist
Everyone was very friendly, and as soon as you walk through the door you get the feel of a very professional atmosphere. My stylist was Sara and she was great. Easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, and was able to give me detailed answers to any questions I had. She gave me a great hair cut and style while keeping me informed on what she was doing and using, making sure we were on the same page the whole time. She provided me great customer service that didn't feel forced. The only reason I don't give this review 5 stars is because it is a little expensive, luckily this was my first visit so I was able to get $20 off. But from my experience you definitely seem to get what you paid for, which is great service.
Ive been here to have my haircut many times and always left happy. I recently had my hair coloured elsewhere and wasnt happy, so I came here to have the color corrected. I had the pleasure of having Teresa as my stylist and she is amazing! Made my vision come to life, and surpassed my expectations. She has amazing attention to detail, works hard and is a wizard!
Amazing service. Cori was an absolute miracle worker. I cannot thank her enough for how amazing my hair turned out. I walked in and let her pick what was best for me and was not disappointed. Look forward to my next visit
