They have become soooooooooooooo slow. I have to wait 1 HOUR being on HOLD. Was ok service but for the last year- TERRIBLE Service. I left them.

Terribly slow now with l o n g waits on hold. Faxed doctor's Rx renewals are no longer accepted and must be mailed which can take 7-8 working days if not longer! It's in North America, not Mongolia!
