sent half my order called to complain all i got was in a fight these people are to stressed to handle the heat in the kitchen and the food shows its terrible stay away....also the owner did pawn the phone off on a young ignorant girl who has no customer service even when i demanded to speak to the manager they denied me so after all that me my 1 years old baby girl and my wife get only half of what we paid for also they dont have much of there menu items in stock...also i advise NOT using skip the dishes to get food from them because they will not give you your money back after shity service with missing items they just give you skip credits even if you tell them your not ordering from them again which im not so both JACKS and SKIP rip off young families with babbies..NOT A GOOD PLACE TO SUPPORT TAKE YOUR BIZZ ELSE WHERE....LOSERS

What is up with the owner responses to the reviews? Did your mother spit you out against the curb? I hope you know that people like me look at reviews before coming to a restaurant we haven't been at. Looking at the reviews it seems like you have an excuse for everything and zero customer satisfaction. Lol I have never seen an owner give out these kinds of responses
Good food ,but no staff wake up management I was their Friday for happy hour 1 waitress and no bartender at 515 pmWe left because we couldn't get service for 20 minutes waiting. Not the waitress fault she was busy with customers. At the 2 big tables . Don't waist your time lots of other pubs to go to
Foods not bad and staff are very nice, but there are barely enough staff to handle all customers on some nights. Quite a few times I've seen only 1 waitstaff attempt to handle a least 5 different large groups of people alone, so it's difficult to get their attention for food/drinks/bill etc. as they are too busy trying to handle multiple groups at once.
