My most recent visit made me want to leave this review. I was in a few days ago about 25 minutes to closing to order take-away, it was fairly busy but the staff was very polite. As I was ordering I was able to ask questions and at the same time it did not feel like I was rushed to have to pick something quickly, again very polite staff. As much as I was aware of the time and how busy they were I was content with waiting but some other customers, either waiting for orders or coming in to place orders, did not seem very understanding. People constantly asking where their order was minutes after they just ordered it. I witnessed one person waiting before me look upset and start speaking to the staff in a condescending manner asking where his food was as they were literally packing up his order. Then he continued as he made a fuss about not wanting the bag his food was being packed in and demanded his order to be put in a plastic bag and muttered comments under his breath, giving them the crappiest passive-aggressive tone, speaking as if he was better than the staff for no real reason at all other than he was frustrated with something and now taking it out on the staff. Nevertheless, the staff remained calm and without any hesitation still provided him service with a smile. Kudos to the staff there, it's not easy to endure abuse like that, no one should have to go through that kind of stress but you guys handled it extremely well.
Clean restaurant and friendly staff. The chicken is fantastic with a wide range of spicy ness. The Caesar salad is really tasty and the garlic mashed potatoes are wonderful.
Heard about this place from my dad. Did only take-out. They also have eat-in. Great food. Friendly staff will make suggestions if you are not sure. Somewhat pricey for moderate servings. Had mildest skewered chicken and large salad. Food can be spicy-hot so ask before ordering. Lots of parking. Some walking. Be careful about crossing road to get to restaurant as fairly busy road. Will visit again.
Flame grilled marinated chicken. Menu says it has a Portuguese flavor, but seems to also attract Middle Eastern. Nice flavors, next time I will let them up the spice level. Fresh herbs in the chunky mash potatoes. Spicy rice is excellent. Both the skewers and 1/2 chicken were tasty.
My favorite food. They do a good job.I do mostly take out. They renovated but its still too busy.The most important is grilled flavour for the chicken, Crispy fresh fries ( not soggy) and coleslaw w moderate dressing (not soggy and over dressed).
