Facility is clean. Great machines and friendly staff. One negative: make sure you do you bathroom business at home The washroom is gross.
When its busy its hard to get a spot. But the most reliable respectful Owners ever. They look after you and your clothing. I forgot something. Then got home realized it went back and they had it waiting for me. Great people!
Drop my laundry off here and pick it up 2 days later. Great place!
Owner is Extremely Rude & has Unprofessional Conduct. I brought a wedding outfit for cleaning here, and pointed out all the stains. The owner accepted item, and quoted $15-20. Upon pickup, they stated it was $20. I reviewed the item, and noticed some stains we pointed out were not removed. The owner stated that each stain has an additional charge in order to remove. I explained that nobody told me this upon drop-off, and that I should not have to pay the full amount. Then he took the item back and refused to return it unless I paid him $20. So I paid and left with my item. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. There are many coin laundry places to go to! To top it off, , after all that, he expected a tip?! Unbelievable! He had the nerve to call us cheap after he tried to scam us!
Bad quality service! They tried to scam me to pay more for item I sent here for cleaning. The korean man owner has a very bad attitude problem. He does not know how to run a business or talk to customers. He is aggressive and unwilling to compromise. The outfit that I took still had stains on it on the back. His response was-- you pay more for the stain. I was like why didn't you tell us beforehand. I don't mind paying more. And then what he did was he held my outfit hostage. He said you don't get outfit back if you don't pay. My issue is I don't mind paying more...but the fact is, my outfit still had some stains on it. SO therefore, they didn't do their job properly. I actually took a video of the guy cause he was so rude. Too bad I can't post it here.
