Prices ok service is great but very limited selection of tools and fasteners for old school do it yourselfers that need odd ball items
go somewhere else to shop if you dont want your car damaged. The lip of driveway was so high it ruined the bottom of my car. The manager was unsympathetic and wouldn't even let me finish explaining what happened and brushed me off basically implying not his problem go and deal with it yourself through your own insurance ect. Not what I could call good business.
Great selection & great service. You will find items that are not available in the big box stores. Very handy!
Be honest if it's not for Bissell carpet clear rental, I will never step into Rona, and after my first time experience with Rona, it's not surprise why they are not doing as well as other competitor. Staff appears to be willing to help, but when there's really a request or issues from customer, they don't really care. It's appear to be they are following some sort of code, but none of them are actually have any passion in what they are doing. I waited for an hour for my receipt to be reprint, (I called them first, but they ask me to wait... and they really meant it, because no one ever pick up that call again, so I drove to the store directly... Guess what, phone is still on hold when I arrive the store) Yes, I should not have lost my receipt but it should not be this difficult to reprint it isn't it? First they want me to wait for a lady named Kim, guess what never show up, and no one knows where she is. OK then finally I ask them again, they realize I just need the receipt for carpet clear, and they finally can pull out from binder and make a copy. While doing so they don't forget to blame customer for losing receipt. And that mysterious Kim still never show up, over 90 min of lunch break, good job. I will avoid this low energy poor service company best I can in the future.
The people are really helpful. I like that you can drive right into the back warehouse and load up heavy items then at at the exit booth. Some items that used to be available in the back warehouse are no longer there so I'll have to find somewhere else.
