My son bought me a gift card for mothers day so I booked an hour long massage and kerastase hair treatment. The spa is clean and has a great vibe. The steam room was an added bonus. Ill make sure next time to allow a bit more time so I can fully enjoy it. My experience started with a steam then I relaxed in their lounge area with a nice crisp glass of white wine. My massage was lovely....just the right amount of pressure and she worked out knots that I wasnt aware I even had. My kerastase treatment greatly improved my very dry hair. The stylist recommended a couple of Kerastase products to try but there was no pressure to buy them. Overall it was a great experience and I look forward to going again.
My husband and I received the 800 dollar executive package plus lunch as a wedding gift. Upon arriving, we immediately realized they were disorganized. The staff forgot to mention our lunch menu which was later brought to our attention by the massaging staff. After our full body massage, we were advised that our lunch would be served. We were seated and later learned our lunch was not coming. The Aru Spa ordered the lunch from a local business and would not take any accountability. So we went into our facial treatment hungry. After the treatment we were hoping as some point the manager would speak to us but they were no where to be found. At the end of checking out we received our lunch in a takeout bag with no cutlery. The staff suggested using their chop sticks which we declined and ended up picking a set of forks at a nearby KFC. Prior to exiting we requested to speak to management twice however they came up with excuses that they were busy. Prior to leaving we asked again and they told us they left. We believe they were too embarrassed to speak to us. We were given a business card instead, Eilah Chonn. No management even followed up with us the following days to apologize for our experience. We have gone to many spas and have never experienced such horrible customer service. This package is definitely not worth 800 dollars.
They booked me for the wrong appointment. It was really embarrassing after Id gotten changed into a robe, locked up my belongings, and waited to be taken to the treatement room. I was partially relieved because the place felt a bit dingy. Id definitely recommend Casbah or Sereno if youre looking to be pampered.
Staff is very pleasant and do a great job. Lindsay is terrific and my brows and lashes are visible again. Love going to Aru and first time back in a while.Again I am updating my review. My experience was great. just love the I review every time! Great staff. I say this every time Lindsay is the best and my brows and lashes are back again! Yeah!
