We've bought a couple of recliner love-seats and coffee table from JR furniture and found the employees to be helpful but not pushy. We looked at several places but found what we wanted at a good price-point at JR. Purchasing was easy and all the insurance and other options were explained clearly. Delivery was easy and about the same cost as renting a truck to move the furniture ourselves. They delivery people also disassembled the love-seats so they would fit down a narrow staircase into our basement. We'd definitely shop there again!
Worst place to buy furniture from. I bought furniture worth about $4000 and the owner assured me that if any thing broke or didnt feel right they would fix or exchange it but when I told them that a part was broken 2 days after buying the stuff the owner yelled at me and said they cant do anything and told me to get out. Very RUDE NOT RISPONSABLE OR TRUTHFUL.....I WILL NEVER MAKE THIS MISTAKE EVER AGAIN
One of the worst places I have ever been to.This is an unethical and non professional place. You might not get what you have been promised. . I went there through a reference spend about 3.5K on furniture about 3 months ago. Still waiting for one item to be received worth 200$, even after a constant reminders and several visits to pick up the product, I received excuses not the product.Worst salespeople and business ever been to. HIGHLY NON-RECOMMENDED !!
Customers beware!!!! Shady people!! sales on cash dont trust these people. They are liers never deliver on time and delivered damage product.. never ever go to this place even sales representative dont know their job... save your money and time dont go to this place....
Big liars and bad service. Had a very bad experience. Sent me the damage stuff. Now they blocked my phone and not picking shop phones. Having a argument with me and not fixing the stuff .plz dont go there..
