I had the most wonderful experience. Customer service is 10/10 and the woman is extremely talented, super friendly and knowledgeable. Cute puppy in the shop to brighten your day and I cant get over what a BEAUTIFUL bouquet I have. I had been looking online for a florist and came across Surrey flower shop. I read the reviews and decided to try them out. I went in looking for flowers for my aunt. I received phenomenal customer service from the second I walked in. They asked me what kind of bouquet I want and custom made it for me on the spot. The bouquet looked absolutely gorgeous and the flowers were all fresh. The cherry on top of everything was the price. They are a very reasonable price. I now have found a new florist for myself and will definitely be going back

First off, thank you for being open until 7pm! Getting off at 5pm means many stores arent open but this one was! I was looking for a gorgeous birthday bouquet and got it here!! I just had to say which colours, price and wait about 15 min while the owner pulled it together. Happy on all counts and will definitely come again!! PS. The birthday girl loved the flowers!!
